Raveena Tandon’s daughter, Rasha Thadani, shares she got her first movie with Abhishek Kapoor despite struggling in auditions.

Raveena Tandon’s daughter, Rasha Thadani, is set to make her Bollywood debut in an adventure film alongside Aaman Devgan, with Ajay Devgn in a key role. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the movie features jungle sequences. Rasha recently graced the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine, discussing various topics. Despite a less-than-stellar audition, she landed her first film role.

Rasha Thadani admits her audition was not great:

Rasha Thadani shared that Abhishek Kapoor, known for launching talents like Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan, isn’t someone who casts just anyone. Despite feeling she was a “complete disaster” during auditions, she’s grateful to him for seeing something in her. Thadani expressed her gratitude to Kapoor, acknowledging him as one of the best directors. Interestingly, she turned 18 during the third or fourth day of shooting.

Rasha Thadani managed her shoot and education:

Rasha Thadani, a former student of Dhirubhai Ambani International School, balanced school and film preparation diligently. She’d start her day at 8 am for school, then dive into workshops for her upcoming debut. Amidst all this, she also juggled her board exam studies. Like her mother, Raveena Tandon, who started early in her career, Rasha exhibits the same work ethic and dedication.

At just 19, Rasha Thadani has already auditioned for a major South Indian film. She’s the daughter of Raveena Tandon and Anil Thadani, with her father being a prominent figure in film distribution.
