Dhanush and Aishwaryaa surprised fans by announcing their separation two years ago. Despite living apart, they didn’t rush into divorce. However, they’ve now decided to move forward with legal proceedings. Recent reports reveal they aim to end things amicably, avoiding any drama.

According to Hindustan Times, Dhanush and Aishwarya’s divorce won’t be ugly. They’ve chosen not to fight in court or sling mud at each other. Both have come to terms with their separation and accept they can’t be together. They respect each other and aim for an amicable divorce.
Dhanush and Aishwaryaa won’t fight the custody battle:
Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth will primarily have custody of their children, Yatra and Linga, as per usual practice. Dhanush won’t be challenging this decision. The main goal is to handle everything peacefully. Even though Dhanush isn’t fighting for custody, he’ll continue to support his kids, as mentioned by a source in the report.

Dhanush and Aishwaryaa tied the knot in 2004 and have two sons, Yatra and Linga, born in 2006 and 2010. They revealed their separation in January 2022. After taking time to recover, they’ve chosen to proceed with legal formalities.
Dhanush’s recent movie was “Captain Miller.” Currently, he’s busy with projects like “Raayan” and “Kubera.” In “Raayan,” Dhanush takes on the role of director besides acting. The film also features Dushara Vijayan and Kalidas Jayaram. Additionally, he’ll appear in “Kubera,” directed by Sekhar Kammula.
