According to recent news, Priyanka Chopra’s family has rented out their luxurious bungalow in Pune’s Koregaon Park for Rs 2 lakh per month.

Priyanka Chopra, though residing in the US, owns properties in India, including homes in Mumbai and Goa, along with a lavish bungalow in Pune. Now, her mother, Madhu Chopra, and brother, Sidharth Chopra, have rented out the Pune bungalow. Details of the rental agreement have emerged online.

According to Hindustan Times, the Chopras’ Pune property is now rented to The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited. They paid a deposit of about Rs 6 lakh and a monthly rent of approximately Rs 2.06 lakh. Documents from Zapkey reveal the bungalow’s details: a plot size of around 3754 sq ft, with a built-up area of 2180 sq ft, a garden spanning 2232 sq ft, and a basement area of 950 sq ft. There’s also extra parking space. The Live and License agreement involves Madhu Chopra, Sidharth Chopra, and the co-living/co-working firm. The property sits in Pune’s upscale Koregoan Park area.
