Kunwar Amar often talks about how the Anupamaa cast feels like a big family. Even though the scenes on screen are serious, off-screen, they have a blast. He mentions Sudhanshu Pandey, who plays Vanraj, as the funniest one, always cracking jokes after scenes. Kunwar says they all eat lunch together and have so much fun that it feels like they’re kids on a picnic.

Kunwar joined Anupamaa when Samar’s character, played by Sagar Parekh, exited the show. Being new, he was a bit nervous about fitting in. Kunwar shared in an interview with Bollywood Life that while everyone made him feel at ease, it was Rupali Ganguly’s gesture that stood out. He recalled, “All my initial scenes were with Rupali Ma’am. I still remember her first reaction. She was happy I joined Anupamaa and believed I would do great.” Her words instantly made him comfortable and formed a special bond.
