The BollywoodLife Awards 2024 was a huge event, honoring the industry’s top talents. Actors, directors, and content creators from TV, Bollywood, OTT, and social media were nominated, with winners taking home trophies. Sushmita Sen was among the winners, receiving the Performer of The Year Award for her outstanding roles in the series Taali and Aarya 3. In a video, she thanked BollywoodLife and everyone who supported her.

Showing off her trophy, Sushmita Sen thanked the series directors and talked about the opportunities she received. She praised “Aarya” as a powerful series and mentioned transgender activist Shree Gauri Shankar, who inspired “Taali.” Grateful for the audience’s love and support, she thanked them. Sushmita also posted the video on her official social media. Alongside Sushmita, Vijay Varma won the Performer of The Year Award (male) for “Dahaad.” All the stars expressed their gratitude for the big win.

Sushmita Sen hasn’t revealed her next project yet. Her latest appearance was in “Aarya 3: The Antim Vaar.” Vijay Varma starred in “Murder Mubarak.” He has several projects in the pipeline.

Apart from Sushmita Sen and Vijay Varma, stars like Barun Sobti, Mona Singh, Hansal Mehta, Gulshan Devaiah, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui were among the OTT winners. TV actors Pranali Rathod, Rupali Ganguly, Gaurav Khana, Shiv Thakare, Dipika Kakar, and Shoaib Ibrahim won in various categories. In Bollywood, Kartik Aaryan won Best Actor (Popular Choice), Taapsee Pannu won Best Actress, Bobby Deol secured Best Actor in a Negative Role, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga bagged Best Director for “Animal.” Avneet Kaur clinched the Best Debut Award for “Tiku Weds Sheru.”
