They’ve continuously defamed his family, particularly his daughter Sumbul, especially after her participation in Bigg Boss 16. Even his recent second marriage faced heavy trolling. Fed up with this, he’s decided to fight back legally.

Sumbul Touqeer gained fame as Imlie in the show of the same name before joining Bigg Boss 16. However, she faced severe trolling for her perceived immaturity and a fallout with co-star Fahmaan Khan. Criticism also fell on her father for allegedly interfering in her life, damaging their friendship. After enduring continuous trolling, Sumbul’s father recently announced on his X account (formerly Twitter) that he’s had enough of the defamation against his family. He revealed sending legal notices to the trolls. His post reflects a stance against online harassment.
