Actress Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, known as Mrs. Roshan Sodhi, filed a sexual harassment case against producer Asit Kumarr Modi and others. She also revealed mistreatment of actors. Recently, Jennifer won the case, and Modi has to pay her around Rs 25-30 lakhs plus an extra Rs 5 lakhs for harassment. Jennifer disclosed that her makeup assistant and co-stars Mandar, Sonalika, and Ambika ceased communication after the case, even neglecting to wish her on her birthday. She believes a simple birthday message could have prevented their involvement in the case.
Jennifer expressed sadness over her former co-stars, whom she considered family, cutting ties after 15 years of working together. She cherished their bond, even with their children, making their disconnect even more upsetting. While she understands their need to work and not go against production, she hoped they could have stayed connected despite the circumstances.
Jennifer is upset with Mandar:
Jennifer noted that some people from the show still maintain a positive connection and speak kindly. However, she expressed disappointment in Mandar Chandwadkar for denying her claim of the TMKOC set being male chauvinistic. Given their close relationship, Jennifer feels hurt by Mandar’s statement and believes he could have refrained from commenting on the matter.
